Our Process

The Fit Learning process begins with an initial parent call where we learn about your learner and their needs. In this call, we answer your questions about Fit and can schedule a comprehensive assessment. ⁠

⁠Our comprehensive assessments pinpoint learner strengths and areas of growth in the foundational skills they need to be successful in a given subject area. ⁠

⁠We then hold a parent meeting to provide you with data on where your learner falls in terms of accuracy and fluency. We answer any questions and present recommendations to support your child. Parents then have the option to enroll in our program. ⁠

⁠Based on assessment results, we develop a customized curriculum based on the learner's specific needs. Our learning coaches provide 1:1 instruction while monitoring learner data and making program adaptations based on learner performance. Learners are acquiring new skills and earning reinforcement for their hard work! ⁠

After 40 hours of instruction, we will reassess the learner to see their growth. Our learners make an average of 1 year's worth of growth per 40 hours of instruction! ⁠

⁠Once the assessment is complete, our team will meet with parents to review learner progress, answer questions, and make further recommendations to support the learner.
